V.B. College of Education, a co-educational Teachers’ Training College established under N.C.T.E. Act. is the second venture of Angika Development Society after Delhi Public School, a Global School at Bhagalpur. In continuation to the obsession of providing world-class education, V.B.C.E., Teachers’ Training College for providing B.Ed. course has taken shape.
